Overview 

RGTFS offers a comprehensive program for the same price many of the larger firms charge for asset allocation and money management programs. In addition, RGTFS offers personalized service. If you have a problem you can call anytime and receive a response within one hour. Each client is an individual with unique problems. If you work with one of the larger firms, you are just a number competing with thousands of other clients.

Bob Grodd JD, CFP is the Founder and Principal of RGTFS. Bob began his career in 1967 as a business instructor at Strayer University in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1970 Bob started providing tax and financial advice to large corporations such as Doubleday, Hertz, Milliken, Grolier, Time, Western Union International, INCO and Carter-Wallace. In 1988 Bob established RGTFS and started providing tax and financial advice to individuals and small businesses.

Bob received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore and a BA in Business/Accounting from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH and holds a Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning. Bob is a member of the American Bar Association and the Financial Planning Association. Bob is also a frequent speaker on such topics as the financial and emotional problems associated with starting a new business and the tax problems faced by the small business owner.

Financial Planning Services
Financial planning services are available based upon your specific financial situation and objectives. Services available include: asset allocation strategies, cash flow planning, retirement planning, educational funding planning, stock option exercise planning and recommendations summaries.

Portfolio Management
We begin the portfolio management process by establishing an investment policy statement that describes your goals and investment objectives. We analyze your assets and liabilities and review your cash flow requirements. We evaluate and monitor your investments and risk tolerance. We then recommend an asset allocation strategy. Once agreed, we implement and then monitor a portfolio strategy.
